IND vs AUS 4th test: kl rahul scored most runs in this IND vs AUS series
Rahul seems to be in good touch in the ongoing Test series against Australia. He seems to be batting with great ease compared to other Indian batsmen. The 32-year-old Rahul has scored 235 runs in six innings in this series at an average of 47, including two half-centuries. Rahul is the highest run-scorer for India in this series.
In the first match, in the absence of regular captain Rohit Sharma, the pair of Rahul and Yashasvi Jaiswal was formed, which turned out to be quite successful. The pair had played a key role in the team’s victory by putting on a 201-run partnership in Perth. Rahul then scored a solid 77.
This partnership meant that the team retained the Rahul-Jaiswal pair even after Rohit returned for the second Test in Adelaide. Of course, the pair did not have much success in the Adelaide Test, but Rahul further strengthened his claim to the opener with a match-saving knock of 84 in the first innings of the third Test in Brisbane.
