Ravichandran Ashwin announces retirement :  After the Gabba Test, Team India’s veteran spin bowler R Ashwin has announced his retirement. Ashwin announced his retirement during the press conference.

R Ashwin is part of Team India on the Australia tour. Ashwin was seen playing in the Adelaide Test. However, Ashwin did not get a chance to play in the Gabba Test. However, there were indications of Ashwin’s retirement during the match itself. A picture of Virat Kohli and Ashwin from the dressing room went viral. In which Kohli was seen hugging Ashwin.
